Return Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged products received by the customer.

  • To qualify, you must send video and photo proof of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.

How to Request a Return:

  • If your product arrives damaged, contact our customer support immediately.

  • Send clear video and photo evidence of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Requests without valid proof within this timeframe will be rejected.

What Happens After Your Return Request:

  • No refunds are issued—only replacements.

  • Once your return is approved, we will dispatch a replacement product.

  • Delivery time for replacements: 1 to 3 months, depending on product availability.

Important Exclusions:

  • Returns for any reason other than physical damage will not be accepted.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence are not eligible for replacement.

Warranty Policy

  • Certain products are covered under a 120-day warranty period.
