Covered under warranty: Color tarnishing under normal use.

Not covered: Scratches, regular wear and tear, or misuse.
Warranty Period

Warranty is valid for 120 days from the purchase date.
How to Claim Warranty

Follow the instructions provided to return your product for inspection.

Once received, we will inspect your item to verify eligibility.
Warranty Approval Process

Approval of warranty claims is at the sole discretion of Elysian Co.

If approved, your product will be repaired or replaced.
Warranty Claim Resolution

If the item is in stock, your repaired or replacement product will be shipped within 5 to 7 working days.

If the item is not in stock, please allow 1 to 3 months for processing and shipment.

Refunds are not provided for warranty claims.
